Workforce Development, Education & Job Placement

We provide employment readiness, education support, and job placement assistance designed to strengthen family stability and promote long-term self-sufficiency. Recognizing that economic stability is closely tied to child and family wellbeing, our services support parents and caregivers in building skills, confidence, and pathways to meaningful employment.

Employment readiness services include career exploration, resume development, interview preparation, and assistance navigating hiring and training requirements. We work with individuals to identify strengths, interests, and goals, ensuring that employment plans are realistic, culturally respectful, and responsive to family responsibilities.

Education support is offered to help individuals access high school completion, GED programs, vocational training, certification courses, or higher education opportunities. Staff assist with enrollment, referrals, and coordination with education and training providers, helping participants overcome barriers such as transportation, scheduling, or prior system involvement.

Job placement assistance focuses on connecting participants to employment opportunities that support family stability and long-term growth. When possible, we prioritize placements that offer sustainable wages, flexibility, and opportunities for advancement. Ongoing support is provided to help participants navigate transitions into employment and maintain progress toward their goals.

All services are delivered in a strengths-based, culturally grounded manner that respects individual dignity and recognizes the systemic barriers many families face. By supporting education and employment pathways, the program helps families build economic security, reduce stress, and create stable environments where children can thrive.
