Campus Rentals
Multi Purpose Building
Our Multipurpose Building provides a flexible, welcoming space for community gatherings, trainings, meetings, and events. Designed to accommodate a variety of uses, the facility supports collaboration, learning, and connection in a respectful and well-maintained environment. Scheduling is based on availability and intended use.
3 hour flat rate
First 3 hours of multi-purpose building is included in the flat fee of $100. This includes multi-purpose room, tables and chairs, restrooms and stage.
Additional Time
For each additional hour after the 3 hour flat rate will be a $50 fee per hour. Example: 6 hour event= 3 hour flat rate @ $100 + $150 (3 additional hours at $50 per hour) = $250 fee plus cleaning deposit
Full Day Rental
Full day rental constitutes 8 full hours (ideal for weddings, birthday parties etc.) plus refundable deposit.
Refundable Deposit
A $100 deposit is required to reserve the Multi-purpose building for events. The deposit shall be refunded upon inspection that no damage has occurred during the event. In cases of cancellation the renter must provide 72 hours notice or their deposit will be forfeited.
Retreats & Bunkhouse Use
Our Retreats and Bunkhouse offer a welcoming setting for group retreats, cultural gatherings, and educational sessions. These spaces are designed to support connection, learning, and rest in a respectful and well-maintained environment. Use is scheduled based on availability and purpose.
Retreat Facility Use
Retreat Facility use is $500 per day and includes the multipurpose building and a separate kitchen building, providing a well-maintained and inviting setting for retreats and group activities.
Bunk Houses
Bunkhouse Rooms are $200 per room, per day. Two bunkhouse rooms are available, each with 24 single beds (48 total). Bedding is not provided; participants are responsible for bringing their own.
Retreat Deposit
A $500 refundable retreat deposit is required and will be returned once the facility is inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as received. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
RV Rental Sites
Oglala Tiwahe’s RV sites offer a peaceful stay in a scenic, rural setting near the Badlands. Located on a quiet campus surrounded by natural beauty, the sites provide a respectful, alcohol and drug-free environment for travelers, families, and visitors seeking rest and connection. The campus is conveniently located less than an hour from Rapid City, approximately 40 minutes from Pine Ridge Agency, and about 30 minutes from the Wounded Knee Massacre site and other cultural and historical destina

Daily Rental
The daily RV rate is $35 per night and is ideal for travelers passing through or those needing short-term parking for one to six nights.
Weekly Rates
The weekly RV rate is $210 and is best suited for guests staying seven days or longer who need a stable, convenient place to park.
Monthly Rates
The monthly RV rate is $650 and is ideal for longer stays, such as powwows, mission trips, traveling medical personnel, and contract workers.
Monthly Rate Deposit
A refundable deposit of $300 is required for monthly RV stays and will be returned upon departure, provided the site is left in good condition and all terms are met.
Peak Season Rates
The Peak Season RV rate is $45 per night and applies during high-demand periods, including summer months, special events, and peak travel seasons. Rates are subject to change based on seasonal demand, special events, and operational considerations. Updated rates will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
